I have lived in Pacific Palms for the past 7 years, running an interstate business from a home office and prior to that came from the corporate world, operating an international exhibition business. My experience as both a seasoned traveller and my commercial background; understand the benefits of great customer service and how it is so often lost in today’s world.
As a guest; rather than dealing with a faceless agency when you book your stay, through Top of the Palms, you are in direct contact with me one-on-one. I meet guests on arrival, manage any issues relating to the property during your stay and offer you the many benefits of my local knowledge.
For owners; you know your guests are in safe hands, and everything related to their holiday experience is what it should be. The Top of the Palms service ensures your house is ready for your guests arrival with all the personal touches. I am readily available to your guests and post stay, inspect the property immediately upon their departure to provide you with accurate feedback.
